Kiburex offers musk-based fragrances.
3. Prices and payment
- Product prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).
- Accepted payment methods are: credit card and Twint.
- If the order is less than CHF 50, shipping costs will be applied.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is only available in Switzerland.
- Delivery times are generally 2 to 3 working days.
- Free delivery on orders of CHF 50 or more. Shipping charges apply to orders under CHF 50.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
- In accordance with Swiss law, the right of withdrawal only applies in the event of a broken product or if the customer has not received the desired product.
- The customer must contact Kiburex within [14 days] of receipt of the product to report any problems.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective.
6. Warranties
- By purchasing on the Kiburex website, the customer accepts that the company assumes no responsibility for any problems related to the use of the products, except in the case of manufacturing defects or broken products.
